Step 1
How to make salad with squid, apple and egg? First prepare all the needed ingredients from the list. If you like, you can add other ingredients to the salad: bell pepper, celery, olives, etc. You can also complement the squid with other seafood such as mussels or shrimp. Drain the liquid from the canned peas and let the peas dry.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper and mix thoroughly.

Clean the squid from the skin and inner membranes, remove the chitin plate and innards. Rinse well. If the squid is frozen, defrost it beforehand, but not completely - slightly frozen squid is easier to clean. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, no longer, otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless.

Cool the cooked squid and cut into thin strips. You can replace boiled squid with canned squid.

Boil the eggs until hard, cool them and peel off the shells. Cut into small cubes. The brighter the yolks, the more attractive the salad will look.

Wash the apple thoroughly and dry it. If you wish, peel it, remove the core with seeds and cut into small cubes. If the apple starts to darken quickly, sprinkle it with lemon juice.

In a bowl combine the squid, eggs, apple and peas. Dress the salad with the mayonnaise mixture and stir. Then place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Pile the salad with squid, apple and egg in a mound on a plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
