Harmony of taste and color - make yourself a bright little celebration! I love this salad with smoked chicken breast and Korean carrots because it is quick and easy to prepare, yet looks very impressive. For an everyday version you can make it even faster by simply mixing the ingredients. Smoked chicken can easily be replaced with boiled.

Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Then pour off the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.
Step 2
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 3
The salad will be assembled in layers in a ring mold. Place the chopped smoked chicken as the first layer and press it down lightly so the layer is denser. Spread a little mayonnaise over the chicken.
Step 4
Cut the Korean-style carrots slightly smaller than they are. In small pieces they will look more harmonious in the salad.
Step 5
Put the chopped carrots as the next layer of the salad and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 6
For the third layer, add the cheese grated on a medium or fine grater. Spread it with mayonnaise as well.
Step 7
Peel the boiled eggs, grate them and place into the ring on top of the cheese layer. Add a bit more mayonnaise.
Step 8
For the top layer, spread the canned corn. Press all the layers down slightly so the salad is denser and does not fall apart. Remove the ring from the salad. The tasty salad with smoked chicken and Korean carrots is ready! Chill it a little before serving. Enjoy!
