Salad with Chicken, Green Peas, Cucumber, and Egg

Preparation
Step 1
For the chicken, you can use breast fillet or drumstick fillet. The chicken can be boiled, fried, or lightly smoked. I’ll be using boiled chicken. Cucumbers can be either fresh or pickled - I’m using fresh ones. Rinse them under running water. Open the can of green peas and drain the liquid.
Step 2
Boil the eggs in hot water for 7-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cover the eggs with cold water to cool them. Boil the chicken breast in salted water for about 20-25 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 3
Cut the cooled chicken into small cubes and transfer to a bowl for mixing the salad.
Step 4
Dice the cucumbers and add them to the bowl with the chicken and peas.
Step 5
Peel the boiled eggs and dice them directly into the bowl.
Step 6
Add a small amount of mayonnaise and mix until all ingredients are well combined. If desired, add some fresh herbs for aroma. Transfer the finished salad to a serving bowl and serve. Enjoy your meal!
