Preparation
Step 1
The set of vegetables can be any you like - adjust to your taste. You can use any part of the chicken. The green peas may be fresh or frozen.

Cut the chicken into pieces, rinse under running water, and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place the chicken in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, mix everything, and let the chicken marinate for a while.
Step 3
Prepare the baking sleeve. Tie one end of it. Rinse the rice several times in cold water until clear. Drain all water and place the rice inside the sleeve.
Step 4
Peel and rinse the onion and carrot, slice them, and add to the sleeve with the rice.
Step 5
Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, chop finely, and add to the sleeve along with the green peas. Add a little salt and your favorite spices.
Step 6
Mix the rice and vegetables directly inside the sleeve.
Step 7
Now add the chicken, pour in water (enough to cover the rice slightly), and tie the other end of the sleeve. Place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Then carefully cut open the sleeve and bake for another 10 minutes.

The chicken with rice and vegetables is ready! Serve warm on plates and enjoy your meal!
