- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Place the whole spices in a dry pan over medium heat and toast them until they begin to lightly smoke and release their aroma. Keep them moving in the pan to prevent burning.
Step 2
Remove the toasted spices from the heat and combine them with the ground spices.
Step 3
Blend everything together until you achieve a fine, even powder.
Step 4
Store the spice blend in an airtight container until ready to use.
