Quick Fresh Cabbage Salad with Ham, Cheese, and Green Peas

- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients and spices needed for this quick and hearty salad.
Step 2
Take about 500 g of white cabbage and slice it into thin strips. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour two tablespoons of lemon juice over the sliced cabbage.
Step 4
Add salt to taste and massage the cabbage with your hands until it releases juice.
Step 5
Cut 200 g of boiled sausage or ham into thin strips and add to the bowl.
Step 6
Cut 100 g of smoked simple fermented cheese into thin strips and add it as well.
Step 7
Season with a mixture of ground black and red pepper to taste, then add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Step 8
Add 200 g of canned green peas.
Step 9
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 10
Divide the salad into serving plates, garnish with cherry tomato wedges, and serve.
