Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and rinse them thoroughly. Choose pork with a bit of fat - it’ll turn out juicier when baked. Pork neck works perfectly for this dish.
Step 2
Tie one end of the baking sleeve tightly using the clips that come with it. Cut the peeled potatoes into large chunks and place them inside the sleeve.
Step 3
Peel and rinse the onion and carrot. Slice the onion into half rings and the carrot into rounds or sticks. Add them to the sleeve with the potatoes.
Step 4
Cut the pork into medium pieces and add to the sleeve.
Step 5
Drizzle everything with vegetable oil. Season with salt and your favorite spices - ground black pepper, dried rosemary, and basil work great.
Step 6
Tie the other end of the sleeve tightly, letting the air out first. Shake the sleeve gently to mix everything. Place it in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour. Adjust cooking time according to your oven.
Step 7
At the end, carefully cut open the sleeve and let the dish brown slightly for a few minutes. Pork with potatoes is ready! Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
