Preparation
Step 1
You can use any cheese as long as it melts well in the oven. Sift the flour ahead of time to aerate it.
Step 2
For the dough, take a large mixing bowl and combine warm water with dry yeast. Add sugar and salt. Stir.

Add olive oil and gradually add the sifted flour. Start kneading the dough.
Step 4
Adjust the amount of flour based on the dough's texture. It should be soft and elastic, easy to shape into a ball without sticking to your hands.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with a towel and place it in a warm spot for 1 hour to rise. You can make one large pizza or two smaller ones.
Step 6
Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment and spread tomato sauce over the surface.
Step 7
Slice the tomatoes and bell pepper.
Step 8
Arrange sliced sausage and bell pepper over the dough.
Step 9
Add sliced tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and dried herbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes. Adjust timing based on your oven - the dough should cook through and lightly brown underneath.
