Preparation
Step 1
How to make pancakes with milk in a bottle? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour beforehand to aerate it - this makes the batter and pancakes fluffier. You can use milk of any fat content.
Step 2
Take a plastic bottle larger than the total volume of ingredients so it’s easy to mix them. A wide-neck bottle works best. Pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Add the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Close the lid tightly and shake well.
Step 3
Now add the flour to the bottle. It’s easiest to do this with a funnel - you can make one from paper if needed. Close the lid again and shake more thoroughly to ensure everything mixes evenly and no flour lumps remain.
Step 4
Preheat a frying pan until hot and lightly grease it with vegetable oil before cooking the first pancake. Pour some batter from the bottle onto the pan, then tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly. After cooking the first pancake, check the consistency - add a bit more milk or flour if needed. The thicker the batter, the thicker the pancakes will be.
Step 5
Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other and cover to keep them soft.
Step 7
Serve the pancakes with jam, sweetened condensed milk, or sour cream. Enjoy!
