Liver Salad with Beans and Cabbage

Step 1
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients and spices for making this light dish with beef liver and red beans in a hurry.
Step 2
To make the salad, place a frying pan on the stove, pour in 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat it. Add finely chopped onion and, stirring, fry over high heat until golden.
Step 3
Shred 500 g of white cabbage into fine strips and put it into a large bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt to taste over the cabbage in the bowl and mash it well with your hands until it releases juice.
Step 5
Grate one medium carrot on a fine grater directly into the bowl with the cabbage.

Add the fried golden onion from the pan into the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Grate 150 g of previously boiled beef liver on a coarse grater into the bowl; if you wish, you can replace the liver with sausage or meat to your taste.

Add 200 g of canned beans into the bowl; you can use boiled beans instead if you prefer.
Step 9
Add finely chopped dill to taste, then season with a mix of ground black and red pepper and mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl and once again mix everything very well.
