Light Soup (lightly spicy)

Red chilli pepper
1 teaspoon
Ground paprika

- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Add the meat pieces to a pot, sprinkle with salt and spices, and add half of the onion.
Step 2
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the meat is lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, mix, and pour in the water. Cook for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the remaining onion, tomatoes, and chili for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the soup and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 6
Taste - the soup should be fresh, spicy, and aromatic.
