Step 1
All the ingredients for marinating the veal are placed into a dish for marinating.
Step 2
They are mixed together and the pieces of meat are rubbed well with the mixture. The container is covered with a lid and placed in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

To prepare the glaze, put all the spices into a saucepan and heat over the fire until boiling, stirring from time to time. Boil for 3 minutes. Then leave to cool to room temperature.

Grill the steaks over the fire until the meat reaches the desired internal doneness.

Then, when the meat is 5 degrees short of being done, rub it with the glaze on all sides. Grill until it reaches the desired temperature.
