- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Place the fresh herbs in a food processor, removing any woody stalks first. Add the anchovies, garlic, mayonnaise, and soured cream, then blend until you have a vibrant green sauce.
Step 2
Add the lemon juice and blend briefly again. Season with salt and pepper, taste, and add more lemon juice if desired, then give it one final blend.
Step 3
Serve spooned over fresh salad, potatoes, or crunchy vegetables, or stir through cold pasta for a refreshing dish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
