Preparation
Step 1
Pour all of the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, into a jam jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 2
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Taste, then season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Step 3
Give the jar another shake just before pouring the dressing over your salad. Keep covered in the fridge for up to three days before using.
