Ghanaian Beef Stir-Fry With Rice

- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Heat oil in a pan. Cut beef in strips and fry it on high heat until browned on the outside (3-5 min). Remove and set aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Add chopped onions, crushed garlic, and grated ginger - sauté until fragrant.
Step 3
Add tomato paste and cook 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce, curry, remaining paprika, and chili flakes. Add the fried beef back into the pan. Stir and cook on low for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add sliced bell peppers. Cook 5-7 minutes - the peppers should stay slightly crunchy.
Step 6
Serve it with fluffy rice.
