You can use any part of pork for this dish - the main thing is that it’s boneless and has a little fat, which will make the meat juicier. Peel the potatoes and onions, and rinse them under running water.

Cut the potatoes into long slices or thick sticks.

Cut the pork into large strips.

Pour a bit of vegetable oil into a hot skillet and add the chopped meat. Fry on all sides until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.

While the meat is frying, slice the onion into half-rings. Add the onion to the meat and fry together for another 3-5 minutes until the onion softens.

In another skillet, fry the prepared potatoes with a small amount of vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.

Transfer the fried potatoes to the skillet with the meat. Mix well, add salt and spices to taste. Cook together until both the meat and potatoes are tender.
