Step 1
How to make dandelion salad? First, prepare all the ingredients. It’s best to use cherry tomatoes because their sweetness makes the salad more tasty and interesting. You can add your favorite seasonings and spices if you like.

Rinse the dandelion leaves well under cold water and soak them in cold water to remove excess bitterness. You can skip this, especially if the dandelions are very young. If you want, add dandelion flowers too - then soak them for 1 hour in salted water.

Rinse the green onions and finely chop them with a knife.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.
Step 5
Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly; you can use a special slicer/grater if you like.
Step 6
Put the chopped ingredients into a salad bowl and add the corn.
Step 7
Pat the dandelion leaves dry and tear them by hand.
Step 8
Add vegetable oil, salt, and pepper, then mix. Serve the dandelion salad fresh, as a side to main dishes or on its own. Enjoy!
