Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients: chicken fillet, soy sauce, ginger, and vegetable oil. Rinse the fillet and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut it along the grain into slices about 1 cm thick, about 0.4 inch. Place the sliced fillet into a bowl, pour in the soy sauce, and add the ground ginger.

Be sure to use ground ginger, because fresh ginger gives a completely different flavor. Mix everything and leave it for about 5 minutes while you prepare and heat the frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it, and add the fillet.

Fry for 1-2 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pieces. As soon as a pale edge appears around the pieces, turn the meat over to the other side. Fry on the other side for 1-2 minutes. Arrange nicely on a plate and call everyone to the table. It goes very well with a vegetable salad, rice, or mashed potatoes.
