Preparation
Step 1
You can buy ready-made chicken mince or prepare it yourself by grinding the meat through a grinder. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes in advance, then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water.
Step 2
To prepare the cutlet mixture, put the chicken mince into a large bowl. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse in cold water and chop. The onion can simply be very finely diced. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Add the onion, garlic and breadcrumbs to the mince. Mix the whole mass thoroughly.
Step 3
For the filling, peel the boiled eggs and grate them. Then grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the eggs. Add the chopped herbs and soft butter. Mix everything together.
Step 4
When both mixtures are ready, you can start forming the cutlets.
Step 5
With wet hands take a little of the meat mixture and shape it into a flat patty. Put some of the prepared filling in the center. Seal the edges and form a cutlet with filling inside.
Step 6
Shape several cutlets this way. The smaller you make them, the more cutlets you will get.
Step 7
Prepare three bowls for breading: with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Roll each cutlet first in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 9
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot skillet and place the breaded cutlets in it.
Step 10
Cook them over low heat on all sides until golden brown. Do not use high heat, so the cutlets have time to cook through inside.
Step 11
Put the appetizing golden cutlets onto a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve the cutlets hot. Enjoy your meal!
