Bulgur with Frozen Vegetable Mix in a Multicooker
An excellent side dish for a family lunch or dinner. This recipe uses turmeric, which gives the bulgur a pleasant golden color. The finished dish turns out bright, colorful, and wonderfully aromatic!

Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and place the frozen vegetables inside. Select the “Fry” mode and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse the bulgur thoroughly, changing the water several times until it becomes completely clear.
Step 4
Cancel the “Fry” mode and add the rinsed bulgur to the vegetables.
Step 5
Pour in water. Gently stir with a wooden or silicone spatula to avoid scratching the coating.
Step 6
Add salt and turmeric to taste. The turmeric will give the bulgur a pleasant yellow color. You may also add your favorite spices. Close the lid and select the “Rice/Grains” mode. Cook the bulgur with vegetables in the multicooker for 25 minutes, until the timer signal.
Step 7
That’s it - your delicious and aromatic bulgur with vegetables is ready!

Serve the bulgur warm on plates. Enjoy your meal!
