Preparation
Step 1
How to make braised cabbage with meat in a multicooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use any kind of meat - beef, chicken, turkey, or pork like I did.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small pieces. Turn on the multicooker to the “Fry” mode and preheat it. Add a little vegetable oil and place the meat inside. Sear it for a few minutes until it gets a light golden crust.
Step 3
Peel and rinse the onion and carrot. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Add the chopped vegetables to the meat, stir, and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, shred the cabbage.
Step 6
Add the cabbage to the multicooker bowl. In a separate glass, dissolve some tomato paste in a small amount of water and pour it over the cabbage. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well, close the lid, and turn on the “Stew” mode for 1 hour (about 60 minutes). During cooking, you can stir the cabbage 1-2 times.
Step 7
After an hour, the multicooker will signal that the dish is ready. Serve the braised cabbage with meat hot. Enjoy your meal!
