Preparation
Step 1
Use any frozen berries, make sure your banana is very ripe. Use gluten free oats if needed. You can use any nut butter you like.
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and fully combined.
Step 3
Once blended, pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
