Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Choose sausage with a small amount of fat, like cervelat. You can cook the beans yourself, but it’s much faster and easier to use canned beans. The main thing is that they are not in a tomato sauce. Take rye croutons and any flavoring you like.
Step 2
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 3
Remove the casing from the smoked sausage and cut it into cubes.
Step 4
You can use ready-made croutons or make them yourself. To do this, cut rye bread into small cubes and dry them in the oven. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and a little salt to taste.
Step 5
Wash and dry the salad leaves. You can use one type of lettuce, for example iceberg, or a ready-made mix. I used a mix of romaine, radicchio and frisée - they are perfect for this salad.
Step 6
Put the smoked sausage, pickled cucumbers, canned beans and part of the salad leaves into a salad bowl.
Step 7
Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
Step 8
And mix everything well.
Step 9
Place the remaining salad leaves on a serving plate. Put some of the croutons on top.
Step 10
Place the salad on the croutons. Sprinkle with the remaining croutons. Serve the salad immediately so the croutons don’t get soggy. Enjoy your meal!
