Quick, easy, and budget-friendly! Anthill Cake from cookies and boiled condensed milk is the simplest no-bake dessert. Made from only two ingredients, it tastes just as good as the classic oven-baked version.

Easy
More than 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
For this recipe, use unsalted crackers, preferably fish-shaped ones, but other types will also work. You can use store-bought boiled condensed milk or prepare it at home yourself.
Step 2
First, crush the crackers into crumbs. You can do this by hand in a bowl. If the crackers are too firm, put them into a sturdy plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Do not make the crumbs too fine - the cake should have a coarse texture.
Step 3
Add boiled condensed milk to the crushed crackers. Start with about 2/3 of the can, mix well until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add more condensed milk; if too soft, add more crackers. I ended up using the whole can.
Step 4
Shape the cakes by hand into round or cone shapes, or use a small glass or shot cup to press and mold them firmly.
Step 5
Remove the cake by gently loosening it with a thin knife. Repeat for the rest of the mixture - you should get about 10 pieces. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then decorate as you like: drizzle with honey or caramel, or sprinkle with grated chocolate or chopped nuts. Enjoy!
